Who knew the government was so concerned about where people piss, dear lord.
In an ideal world people wouldn’t have to be so concerned about having separate bathrooms in the first place, and all public bathrooms would be unisex. I think it’s possible that this isn’t ‘transphobic’ so much as a long-ingrained paranoia about men and women having to drop their pants in the same vicinity.
I’d say that’s possible, except Floyd’s said really transphobic stuff. (Check out the article linked at the bottom of the post to read his quote.) He makes it very clear this is geared at trans people.
