Nicole Murray-Ramirez a.k.a. Empress Nicole the Great, The Queen Mother of the Americas Currently a San Diego appointed city human rights commissioner. Murray Ramirez was as also appointed by the county Board of Supervisors to the Regional Task Force on AIDS in the 1980s. He also served as the chair for the National Lesbian/Gay Latino Organization (LLEGO). Nicole has received the key to the city of San Diego and the Cesar Chavez Humanitarian Award as well as lifetime achievement awards from the Latino Unity Coalition, San Diego GLBT Pride and the Asian/Pacific Islander Community AIDS Project. Besides as a human rights commissioner in San Diego, Ramirez is the president (or Empress) of the International Court System, one of the oldest and largest predominantly gay organizations in the world!
